but usually they send out an email saying that they are reviewing the additional uploaded document, but in my case i have not received any uptil now. Whereas many of my colleagues received it the same day they submitted the documents. How long do they review it and after how long do they start reviewing it?

I think you should create a new account and relink your application with application number and UCI number.

They sent me a document on Sept 27, 2021.

I checked my application status via the CIC acount.
It is shown as "submitted".

Well.. never heard they sent any document to someone by mail in this program. In that case you should call them in my opinion.
So I am very worried and very anxious.
I think it's not a request for additional documents.
I think that it's just a refuse letter.
