Immigration for my 30 year old sister and her kid

Hi all,

My 30 yr sister is looking to immigrate to Canada with her 1 yr old child.
The husband will immigrate later.
She is based in India and working as a software tester in a multinational company.

She has more than 3+ years of experience and her highest qualification is that of a Bachelor's degree.

What is the best way for her to come to Canada on either a PR or a work permit?

We are also considering options for her to immigrate as a student.

Look to see if she is eligible for PR through PNP programs as her EE score will be too low. Work permit possible if she finds a Canadian employer who can’t hire a Canadian or PR, and files for LMIA. Then she applies for closed work permit.

Don’t know her NOC or CRS score. So guess with Alberta or Ontario (her score may be too low for OINP).

her NOC is 2283 and her CRS score cannot be calculated as she is yet to give the language test but with maximum score in IELTS, it should be 436
