No, as it was already done when he applied for asylum. Because of Covid they will use the old medical if done within 5 yrs.

applied for PR as protected person in canada, depandants being in afghanistan, got checklist for the spouse which includes imm0008 so for the question will the depandant accomapny you to canada ? should she say yes or no to this question ? Since i am here in canada already

Eligibility passed
criminality in progress
Security not started
File not yet assigned to any office
In short background still in progress
In my notes till how I called 45 time which are updated in my file ( May be due to this one it may be delayed it’s my opinion only)

"This email confirms that your electronic Confirmation of Permanent Residence (eCoPR) is available to download in your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account. To access your eCoPR, log into your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account with your current log-in credentials. "

They have started working faster than before imo.

I will keep you updated about the delivery time of PR Cards.

Received G number 29,July 2021. Received pre arrived 18, August, 2021
Decision made 25 August, 2021 Asked me to send my family documents to Canada Embassy in 16,August

everthing was accepted before I got my eCoPR.

we have been waiting for our PR Cards which will be sent via mail.
