You can submit webform with a temp AOR. But not GCMS notes.

Do u know what a "Unique Identification Number" that starts with letter P means?
I've been trying to search for it on the CIC website but there is nothing for that.

Hi preet this is the last letter i re ived from ircc---
We provided you with a temporary application number if you need to contact us regarding your
application. This application number is temporary and will no longer be valid once processing
begins. You cannot link a paper application to your online account using a temporary number.
