Graduation done in 2011 in bachelor of science
MBA in 2015
working as a Business development manager in local based IT company(itr 3 years, salary in bank account)
want to go for pg diploma in management
ielts speaking 7, reading 6.5, listening 6.5 writing 6.5

Can’t tell you chances but you have a MBA so how will PG in same field help your career. There is no education advancement. How will spending tens of thousands of dollars give you a higher paying job and promotion? Look at Masters in another field.
