CIC started processing my app on Oct 29th 2019. Application received was on July 5, 2019.

Test passed on April 21st 2021 (will be 6 months soon)

I see Decision Made on application status tool and tracker shows everything Completed except Oath.

It's possible IRCC is currently busy with the invasion from Jupiter so It's no use calling them...

If you have a solid reason for UP, contact them via web form. The UP will be initiated pretty fast.
ROFL... Soo true. We can get into interstellar and come back. They might be still processing my application even after 100 years

3-5 months appears to be the anecdotal evidence. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

Although, all that said, you are in the rare privilege to be in a 2021 applicant group, meaning they process your applications WAY faster than ours from back in 2019, so my information may be meaningless, haha

We had to wait 18+ months for the test, while 2021 applicants get it in 6 months time and finish the process in less than a year. Unfortunately, IRCC took from our time to build the online test application which wasn't ready when they closed, and took them 10 months to build, and then they ignored and didn't compensate our lost time by deprioritizing us to meet their KPIs.

So true. 2020 applicants are slightly better than 2019. Still we have to wait more than 3 months after DM. I don’t understand why they don’t give ceremony invitation to all 2019 than all 2020 applicants. Now I’ve heard some applied in 2021 already finished their ceremony while I’m in the fourth month waiting.

Their performance is measured based on how many applications they finish per year. They probably already met their target for 2019, so they now focus on 2020 and 2021 applicants to meet their targets for these years. As I said, they only care about their KPIs, while we suffer waiting to finish this nightmare. Fairness means nothing to them.

It looks like they'll be meeting their 2020 target soon and most who applied in the latter half of 2020 will become the new forgotten cohort, similar to many 2019 applicants. I just received my GCMS notes - November 2020 applicant, background completed, test taken in August 2020, test status updated to completed a couple of days after test and no other updates since. Nothing in the notes indicates that my case is non-routine. Language, physical presence and prohibitions haven't been started and all have a due date in February 2022. The only officer notes mention the scheduling of my online test, which was in August, and that he/she was satisfied with the ID document presented for the test.
