In that case can I send all the completed application from inside Canada to the processing center as a representative? will it be considered valid ? Or should the applicant who lives outside Canada should mail the documents? Can someone please respond? TIA

no, we dont have an agent. they are still filling the form, then they will give me a copy, ill let you know when they're done.

I am doing the same for my sister. There are some documents like IELTs or any language proficiency results that needs to be mailed as original copy needed.
