Waiting for 18 months about Home childcare provider

I was wondering if I can consult a lawyer for my application of Permanent Residence because I am waiting now for 18 months? Thanks if someone know the the answer..

What is your status right now ? I think you r in Canada already
 
I work as temporary worker under Homechild care provider. Im living here and working for almost 4 years Next year. I submit my Pr application after two years of experience here in Canada. I submitted my application last year march 2020. Some applicants got their Pr approved than I, even submitted in advance. For example November 2020 applicant. They got their Pr approved. I cannot understand why they have updates than me?

I got my temporary AOR of June 2021. After that no updates. I cannot understand if my paper was been hide under the other paper. Even 2021 applicant got their medical request and biometrics. I did a lot of webform and mails for the immigration. There is no improvement. I already ask help in our MP.

Anilec 28: 5th of February 2020 applicant HCCP,, AOR and Biometric request November 24, 2020,, July 28, 2021 updated forms request,,, August 31,2021 requesting of NOA, T4, birth cert, letter from my employer. Outside Canada applicant, from Philippines. Thank you
