Did you get a decision on your appeal yet? If no, stay positive and pray. The next step after dismissal of appeal is Judicial Review. That’s federal court appeal. And or H&C. I wish you the very best.

I didn't get dicision yet but I mean in case if they're refused appeal can I apply JR and H&C at the same time?
Unexpected outcome it's so hard ...

No. I am not from Turkey. Yes, there is opportunities for JR and H&C but, there are couple of caveats to H&C if you have passed the refugee route.
In all, I wish you the very best as much that I wish for myself.

Hi guys, Thanks for support and individual experience on these platform! I recieved positive news from my lawyer today, my appeal was accepted without another hearing.. Now, I need advice on how to start my PR processing. My attorney asked fee for the process.. i just wanted to know if i should go ahead with him or if there's any free service that could help me with My PR processing..
