This is my timeline. I got the eCopr today.
AOR - July 30 2021
Medical passed(new) - August 31 2021
Biometrics updated - August 31 2021
Portal mail & Portal Access - October 8 2021
Photo upload, eCopr - October 9 2021

It never changes at all. Still ‘We are reviewing -‘
and background check is ‘we are processing-‘
Nothing changed since AOR except medical.
Received portal credentials today (10/09).
While responding to IRCC, we made sure to highlight that I am the principal applicant and provided my email address to create portal account, which apparently they did.
Mine changes to not applicable what does that mean?
I was requested RCMP fingerprints uploaded next day I already had
Yes... looks like certain regions are blocked. Depends on from you are accessing the site.
Eligibility still shows ‘We are reviewing whether you meet-‘ since AOR (July 22th)
My status except medical never changed at all.
Don’t doubt yourself and your application, they never update your status at all somehow. They are processing your application and you will get a golden mail soon for sure.
