I really hope so, although, til now hindi pa rin naka link ung biometrics ko sa 2nd application - sent couple of webforms for this, wala pa din update / response. I've seen other applications na stuck for weeks sa eligibility review. so no idea, guess I'll get it once I get it lol

I sent 2 webforms 2weeks intervals yet still haven’t got anything even acknowledgement letter.

I received an automated response today for a webform that I sent last sep 25. puro generated response lang nakukuha ko. tried contact embassy sa MNL paikot ikot lang sa operator, nasayang lang yung load ko, tried to email din sa kanila email MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca wala din sagot

Hay..all we can do is wait since Wla namang responses sa webform. Longest waiting game.

I’ve seen few that applied in IRCC Portal it took them 3-5days upon submission some got it 10-12days but mostly are still waiting and took them 2-3x application to get result.
