I got my FBI verification letter today. USA process is so much easier.
From all the responses and what I understood on the ircc guide, I don't need to get a police clearance letter from INDIA because in the last 4 years I was there less than 180 days. It does not matter if I was in India for more than 180 days if I consider my last 10 years i.e since I became 18.
