Yes, it does have an option stating Visit Visa or Super Visa. However, I haven't heard from anyone who applied for Super Visa using the new Portal.

True I can see super visa apply option on new IRCC portal. But dont know which is a better option to apply... GC Key or IRCC portal.

I opened GCkey account to apply for supervisa for MIL. But I am only shown option for visit visa when I fill up the questionnaire. There is no super visa option. Can someone please let me know where can I apply for supervisa. I followed the process from cic website but still only shows visit visa option. Thanks in advance.

Use IRCC new portal if you are sponsoring them otherwise use GC key account for applying if using hotel booking..

Thank you. But I can’t creat an account on IRCC new portal now. I have been trying since yesterday. It ends up to an error that they cannot create a new account due to a technical issue!! I am going to sponsor them but I am not sure if I can use my own GCkey account, together with the representative form, to apply for their visa.
