How Long Will It Take To Get My Refund?

Hi everyone! I had to withdraw from my program, I was a student at Humber College and on the 1st of September they kinda said "We made your refund and it will take 4-6 weeks" and it's been more than a month and 4 days today. My question is, when do you think my refund will be processed? I did my payment through an agent but will Humber send me an e-mail when the refund has been delivered? Thank you!

I suggest to contact and remember that to them.
But for me that was during mentioned date. they give that 4 to 6 period for processing but I believe they repay your fund because I had applied for humber college too
