I am creating an Express Entry profile for myself.

• Kindly suggest which state should I choose to increase my chances of getting PR, Alberta or Ontario.
• I currently have total experience of 5 years 10 months, should I create my profile now or wait two more months to be it 6 years whole for PNP ?
• Current Express Entry Eligibility Score- 70/100
• CRS Score - 387
• NOC - 2173
