My husband’s file had another ghost update just now.

One question. Every person who applied for Canada study permit or work permit get the ghost update or only those whom get approvals laterly
After the application (study/work/visitor or permanent residency) is submitted, it goes through several processes. When a process starts or completes, we notice it as "Application/profile updated" in our Gckey account. It is not an official term by IRCC but it is known as a ghost update by most of us.
Ghost update is just the indication of these processes and it does not reflect any decision (Approval or rejection)
No I have applied for my own work permit and applied for visitor visa for my wife and children

So true!! I also have no one around to share my feelings with except you guys... i share my feelings my queries and your replies keeps me relax atleast for sometime... it helps me keep my nerves calm for a while otherwise I wud have exploded by now!! seriously since i submitted my application this forum giving so much relaxing during anxious time of life and this forum helping in stress relief day by day, at this stage y application is just 22 days old since biometrics and review started and i know its long way for next couple of months because my application is SWOP and from Dubai the processing time is around 6 months but on other hand spouse study permit might be decided end of this month or around 15 November. spouse study permit application was very very strong but i totally forgot to mentioned home ties in pakistan and only stated strong ties in dubai because we all family living here since years even in last 6 year i didnt go pakistan. Let see but yes i damaged spouse study permit application for not mentioning ties in pakistan and i only mentioned my ties in pakistan and also dubai but thats wont help. i still hope spouse study permit will be approved inshaAllah due to previous study history for studying abroad in europe, work experinece and salaries in dubai and strong ties with dubai. pray for us
