From what I've seen, Jan 2021 AOR people have their eligibility passed; for Feb 2021, nobody has their eligibility passed. Let's hope it happens soon.

No needs to inform them
Everything has been locked on AOR day. It will be meaningless on your experience years. Except if you changed your living location or country, yeah in that case you could inform them. But things like new degrees, new jobs... etc not relevant to do so
