Hi, the letter indicated all my employment details such as permanent, full time, hours per week, benefits, mainly title noc code and duties with pay details. Attach 3 pay stubs of yours (PGWP holder) that'd be good. But I attached my recent 3 months bank statements as well as my wife's bank statements as she's on her SOWP. Hope it helps!

You can by explaining in a letter, they may refuse or approve. PGWP is taking 50-80 days now, you can also submit them later.

If the SOWP is expiring yes you need to switch to visitor until you get a job in NOC 0, A or B with 3 pay stubs.

Need Suggestion -

My spouse is currently outside Canada and her TRV is in process in INDIA,
She was in Canada this year and her Visitor Record and Open WP is valid till 31st Oct. But she may not be able to enter Canada before 31st Oct 2021, so considering this I was thinking to apply for her extension of SOWP before it expires on 31st Oct, so that when she comes, she does not have to wait for New Approval of SOWP.

Pls can any one guide, can I apply for her SOWP extension while she is outside Canada and her TRV application is pending for approval.
