It looks like everything is dependent on the global pandemic situation. IRCC is unlikely to change its policy against landing outland applicants so long as the pandemic is there and the pandemic isn't going away anytime soon.

What pandemic? Pandemic is over. The situation specific to Canadian immigration has a reason other than the pandemic, a reason yet to be known. Also the files have been moving, albeit slowly. 2021 was a shit year, 2020 apps are in a bad shape, IRCC has to deal with the backlog first and they even pulled the plug on CEC (and FSW) for that. What I prepare myself for is that IRCC won't do shit in the remaining months of this year other than clearing some backlog. 2022 should be good regardless.

By the way clearing some backlog means there'll be good chances your file gets finalized so cheer up.

I know the COPR will eventually come but is it really worth wasting your life for waiting? What if they do eventually cancel applications as they have no fear of repercussions and there are no guarantees until the COPR is issued. Everything is extremely uncertain at this point

Guys last week we saw atleast some movement in the files and I don't know there was a lot of ghost updates and med extensions, If they had plans to cancel the applications I dont think they will waste their time on that.
Things are moving slowly, I don't know when it is going to happen but I hope eventually everything will fall in place.


About draws I am not sure they are even not taking cec so I am not commenting on that but that also I am sure sooner or later they will do it.

Again as I always said before we are all trying to predict the unpredictable which is a total waste of time,if we can find a plan b that is the best so that we can have peace.

Last but not the least I don't think it is logical or wise to wise to fight for or against the youtuber who you personally even don't know.Again remember if IRCC wants to conduct draw they will do it ,if they want to process they will do it .I dont think a youtuber has much influence over that.If you don't want to waste your time on a 2 hr then don't do it ;I stopped that long time ago because. again remember ,Your application is not processed by neither kubeir or mark holthe or any other random YouTuber it is done by ircc.Just focus on things you have to do ,boost your skills because, if things are like this now trust me once you land in Canada it is gonna be worse so prepare yourself to be top notch in your field otherwise prepare yourself to do a blue collar job ( there is no shame in doing that ,but I don't think we have struggled this much for that)

Last week we saw more PPRs than ever for Outland since they resumed. And that was with holiday Thursday. We need to see how this week goes. Too many people received ghost updates and remed like you said. It feels like a prep for larger batches of PPR. If their plan is targeting older AORs, that’s great. If they tackle backlog these next months, I imagine a good portion of 2020 will go.

I don't know where you are from but atleast from my experience in US no company is going to hire you if you don't have skill even if you are a Harvard graduate. That is not an obsession that is a requirement, I have heard from my acquaintances in canada that if you don't have Canadian experience it is very difficult to get a job ,imagine a case at that time if you don't have skill also I don't think that will go very well.
About YouTube I dont care whether you guys bash or downvote any youtuber ,I am not affiliated with any but think logically is it better to waste your time on a 2 hr video and bashing them or not watching it? It is your choice.
