Low wage for CEC

Hello, I was an international student and graduated.

I fianlly got a job as a junior web developer with my PGWP.

However, the wage is almost around minimum wage.

40hr/week and 2700/month before tax. it is almost 15.5/hr(15.2 is mimum wage in BC).

Can I still apply CEC after a year without any problem?

The income is too low. How did you get this job? This is not a competitive wage for a web developer so it seems as though the job may be created to take advantage of a WP holder in order for them to get a job in NOC 0, A or B.
