PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

Hi all.
I received my CoPR via email on April 12, 2021. But my EE profile is still at “Submitted” status until now, with only medical exam passed on Feb 4, 2021. I sent photo via regular mail to Etobicoke office on April 14 (confirmed by Canada Post tracking). I have not got my PR card yet, and cannot link my PR card application as well. I sent multiple emails/webforms, but got only generic replies. I am not sure what is going on with my case, and why it is still in “Submitted”. Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Can anybody tell me that i want to send email to Etobicoke office…. Which email address should i use to ask regarding my PR card…???????

COPR: April 28
Photos received: May 09
First and only Ghost update: September: 29th
Went to my mail box and saw it was in there on the very same day I got my one and only ghost update.

call them and ask what is your city/town of birth in their profile - ask whether it lower case, upper case, any spaces.

I did it, and then I was able to link my application. Before that, I tried 10+ variations, and it didn't work

Make sure you call several times - most of agents will deny your requests due to other priorities, but some of them will help you - make sure you ask politely.

Then, after you've done it - try to call to obtain PR Card status - also, many of them will deny helping you, but some of them can.

GU 1 - OCT 2 with correspondence letter in cic account stating they have received my application so whats next ?

COPR April 20th, photos delivered on 5th May no update yet. Getting really nervous. Any one on the same boat?

I didn't got anything like that, but check your mailbox daily as some people are directly getting their PR card in mail with out any Ghost updates and application status showing as still in progress.
