Mine is scheduled to start at 830am and last for 3hrs. Scarborough office. But I read somewhere it can last for like 1hr although I do not know which location that is

@Mystico_90 do you think we will get an invite around october 10? It is going to be 2 months after the decision made update. None of us from Halifax had any updates after that I believe
For people who will be taking their oath soon, For Affirmation of Citizenship form, what is the best way of signing it? We are given two options:
- Printing the form in advance and then sign it on paper infront of the IRCC official during the Zoom session after the Closing remarks
- Signing the form electronically after the Ceremony on our own

Better to physically sign, and then scan and email form to the officer a minute after the oath exercise.

no no I didn’t see any updates from other Halifax applicants, maybe i missed it? Or we are all in the same boat blunoser’s here Do we have any other applicants from Hfx here other than you and myself? I hope we get our oath email soon. I have last updated Aug 12. What about you?

Hi guys, I got my oath letter but no seat number. Is the seat number important? Do I need to reach out to them. I felt that since its virtual the seat number may not be quite important. But the oath letter seems to repeatedly emphasise seat number.
Hi, I am also Scarborough. Pls was it just stated in your oath letter that the ceremony will last 1hr or it was to last 3hrs but eventually was only 1hr. I am also in scarborough mine is for 3hrs from 830am. So I am not too sure. I would not want it to last beyond 11:30am as stated in the letter as I have to return to work at 11:31am
