Should I mention my nomination certificate in new express entry profile?

Hi I got nomination certificate from AINP on 21 September but unfortunately on the same day my express entry profile became ineligible may be due to my language test was going to expire on 28th September. Despite of having time to expire it ,it became ineligible prior to time. I have contacted IRCC and they suggested me to create new profile. My question is that can I mention my old profile nomination certificate from AINP in my new express entry profile? As they have listed Alberta in that section. What is more I have mailed alberta to transfer my nomination certificate in new profile but they refused to do so. Now I m confused what to do? Should I mention it in my new express entry profile or not ? Kindly reply @legalfalcon

If you received a nomination, you can mention it in your new profile. However, IRCC will verify it from the nominating province. So ideally you will have to ask the nominating province to add your nomination to the new profile.

They refused to add it in my new profile. They told me that this certificate only works for the profile number which we mentioned in the certificate. We can not transfer it any other profile. But my question is that if such things are not possible then why they listed Alberta in this section? I mean while making new profile they ask us that “have you received nomination from any territory”
