But if you had a baby in 2019 you could have done one of these
1) Had some side gig going to boost up your income in 2019
2) And if that was not possible you could have refrained from submiting EOI in 2020

Now that you have blocked a spot and still dont qualify , you are trying to get creative/adventurous while people like myself who fully qualify just have to see a week and wabbling system get pushed around by ppl trying tricks

I know it sounds rude , but the right thing to do and the thing to do to save money is to not apply.

Many thanks for the frank response, i did not go through the requirement before throwing in EOI then, i just made the application thinking of just trying. I think i submitted the last day as a buddy of mine called and we spoke about it and he was the one that encouraged me to do it. Now that i was picked, i am just going through the requirements in detail.

Eligible members here need to put out a petition to CIC to not accept Notice of Assessment that were amended specifically to show higher income to meet LICO requirements

These are easy tricks that non eligible people can play to scheme the system

Totally Agree with you , Yes CRA should not do Reassessment for any Such person who Got invitation from IRCC and any such person requesting NOA reassessment after 25th Sept .
You please search petition process or any one who know the process to file the petition , I am in..
I am sure out of 30 K minimum 10 K people don't have income and got selected in lottery, and now starting to figure out how to play with system

After. Once you apply on the federal side, you will be notified when you can begin applying for your mom's CSQ.

Hi everyone...congrats who got the invitation and good luck who still waiting. I also received invitation for my parent on sep 29 6:31 pst, finally after 5 years. I understand when we see people got invitation only at first try and they found after that they are not even eligible. I personally hate this lottery system.CIC should create a fair system when only eligible people can apply.

Thank god I picked this time, real hassle starts now. It’s online portal and supposed to be filled by principal applicant. My dad won’t be able to fill his application. I have few questions:1 can I fill his application on his behalf?? 2: how he would sign online? And even on representative form. 3: my parents don’t have surname, what I can use under family name column??

Do we have to fill out every form in the checklist because some of the forms say economic classes IM008. Also the application is asking information about one person so do we have to filled out 2 forms for both parents or will it be combined?

Is there any guide or help on how to fill out the employment history (question 14) in IMM 5768? Should the work history be broken down by year? Let's say I started my current job on Sep 01, 2020. Should I enter it in one line and enter the cumulative income from last year+ this year until now? Or I should break it down to 2 rows? Like from
- Sep 01, 2020 to Dec 31, 2020
- Jan 01, 2021 to Present

Not sure if anyone have come across this yet. So the OSAP loan and grants would count towards provincial allowances for training and instruction column given in the form IMM 5748 (Financial Evaluation for PGP Sponsorship) ??
As CRA doesn’t include OSAP as a part of total income in the Notice of Assessment.

Got the invite ref #5B from Calgary. AlhumduAllah. I qualified to apply last year. Good luck to everyone.

What kind of paper work I should focuse on 1st that takes longer to prepare. So I can start with that 1st.
