I've landed at Etobicoke on 28th of august and waiting for more than a month for an update about PR card even though the photos were submitted through the portal. Getting tired of this B.S.

Yea I was able to, it's showing submitted there, I had a ghost update 3 weeks ago but that's about it

I am also in the same boat. Received e-COPR on Aug 27 from Ottawa OSC waiting for PR card. I tried reaching IRCC via calls and webform but no response from them

I know and I responded back saying I uploaded it on the portal but I just got the same message.

It's going to be two months next Monday and I still haven't received my card.

It all depends on the VO, every VO has their own email address, mine is Etobicoke.

What's yours?
