BC PNP application with all inland dependents
AR Nov 18, 2020
AOR Aug 4, 2021
ADR Aug, 4 (PCC submitted few days after)
MR Aug 11
MP Aug 28
nothing after. Processing shows 50% complete.

What should I be waiting for now?

I have bc nomination with no restriction on employer, but name of current employer is mentioned.
I got my PAL 20 days ago, and waiting for DM
If I want to change my employer, do I need to inform ircc about change in my employer?
In which step I can do it without informing them?

No, you don't have to update. on the official site of IRCC, it is written that you only update if there is a change in address, phone/email or for a new family member

Here is my timeline.
AR- 2nd November 2020
AOR- 15th July 2021
Bio Exempted
MR-27th July 2021, Submitted Old medical but didn't work.
Again MR-1st September 2021
Medical done-3rd September 2021
Medical submitted on 12th September but haven't got any update.
What can be the reason for this delay? Does anyone have any idea about what will be the next step??
