They are not sure either. Day before yesterday they said you need it but yesterday they called me you dont need it and today again they called asked me to get it done.

Might be a good idea to try and call ircc and say you've already submitted then last year?

Ok great... did it take long to get the biometric request and eligibility review?

Not really, between medical passed and biometrics I had a couple of days and then a week between biometrics and eligibility review

So since I received the confirmation/portal invitation on Wednesday, IRCC contacted me again to ask for more info (on Friday), some of which was the same they asked for in the first email I received on Wednesday.
Since then I have been waiting for the login info to use the portal. Is it normal for it to take this long?
