Yes, I read that too. She has 36 months experience! During pre-covid, PR approval is within 6 months of submission of application. Now, it took them more than a year to get what they truly deserve.

She might submitted it to the wrong stream. There are two questions there. One is with less than 24 months experience, another is with complete 24 months experience. Or she doesn’t meet the ECA requirements or her IELTS. Ircc won’t just reject an application if you just submitted everything. I heard PR refusals before, but it’s because of marriage complications or dependents. This is the first time I heard a “single” applicant who was refused. So don’t worry, this is RARE.

You won’t get refused. I rarely hear this kind of news. But you just have to wait, if it takes time, it means it’s a Yes. Otherwise, ircc won’t take time to refuse your application. I saw the trend of refusal within few months of application only.

I think, I read this too. It stated in the letter that she does not hold a valid status. And as per comment on that post, she filed a different application for work permit. She should have filed an open restricted work permit application because she has less than 24 months work experience.

That's what I understand on the post.
