Inland Applicant BC Express Entry PNP

Hi, I am in Canada as a worker on LMIA Work Permit. I have not yet completed a year working in Canada. I am looking into BC express entry programs. My question is that as someone already working in BC, can I apply under Express ENtry-SKilled Labor? The requirement says that I need to have a valid job offer. However, I am already working here on a work permit (NOC A). So am I not eligible?

are you eligible to apply under CEC? If yes, I would just wait for that.

After 4 months I should be able to apply under CEC. Do you see any problem if I apply under PNP?
