No, siblings cannot be co-signer. Only spouse or common law partner
But you and your siblings could both apply for the same parents... Oddly enough, it increases your parent's chance

However, I believe the process is totally randomized selection so at any point in time, it could be any mix of alpha-number or number or just the confirmation numbers
There are thousands of people who got invited but never know of this forum let alone this thread, so not everyone/anyone here would rule out anything until the game stops

So basically My wife..no. 6E########and my parents..both couples got invited.
