First Biometric will be updated, then your application will be processed . The processing time depends on purpose of visa.
Applicants like me are waiting for more than year (Purpose of visa is tourism only). while others have got PPR in a week also.

Its tourism visa itself. PPR in a week seems to be fast. Aren't all application which are not COVID related compassionate cases same after September 7? Which country did you apply from? I think they did not start processing tourism visas until very recently.
