Hi, sorry to bother you again.

I was going through the CSQ documents. The financial evaluation form was available in English, so i filled out the English version.

But just reading through the guide, they actually said that only the payment forms shouldbe in English, all other forms should be in French.

Im wondering what did you do for your case? I called Mifi, the call center people dont know either...

I think I read on this forum that it had happened to someone else, so I decided to check with the Mexico office. They replied and said they had not received it!

I applied for CSQ for parents last week with the financial evaluation form ( A-0535-A ) and Credit form (A-0591-A0 ) in English, as they were available in English on the website. All other forms were in French. Are they going to return my application? What should I do now? Please advise

I live in Quebec and I sponsored my parents in 2017. They became permanent residents in 2019 and they will be eligible to apply for Citizenship in April 2021

Unfortunately, i lost my job this month. I have some questions and hope that if you can share your thoughts or your experiences if you are in a similar situation

1. Does this affect on my parents as mentioned on the Quebec website ? If yes, what will happen to my parents ?

"If you are sponsoring your father, mother, grandfather or grandmother, a dependent child who has a child, or a close relative who is a minor and an orphan, you must demonstrate your financial capacity, i.e., that you dispose of sufficient financial resources for the duration of the undertaking (see financial standards)."

2. My plan is to take the Employment Insurance and going back to school in 2022 ? I don't know if my parents PR will be provoked. My parents and I are not planning to take any welfare or financial support from Quebec as My parents are working and i have enough funds to go to school next year.

No your parents won’t have their PR revoked but they also won’t qualify for any type of social assistance if you can’t support them. You won’t be able to receive EI if you go back to school. You must be actively looking for work to qualify so you’ll need to go back to school without EI or get a job and go to school at the same time.

I recently received invitation from federal to apply for my parents sponsorship. this PGP 2021. can anybody explain me after submittiong the necessary documents, what would happen? they asked me not to do the financial evaluation part.
