Moving to another Province while my application is being processed?

I have been waiting for my application process to complete for more than a year (Aug 12 AOR). I am getting some good jog opportunities in other provinces and my concern is that will it affect my application any if I have showed my intent to stay in Ontario in my express entry application under CEC category?
And is it same for moving to Quebec aswell?

If you applied under CEC, you can move to other provinces except Qubec. Moving to Qubec at this point of time would not be wise choice since it takes additional time for CSQ.
