I want my sister to be go through ONIP for her PR process, so would appreciate some help on the same.
She is going to complete 1-year of work experience, she has 7 through-out the IELTS sections, she is 25, did her Post graduation.

So what stream is she even eligible for without a job offer or education in Ontario? What is her CRS score and NOC?

She is not eligible for any OINP stream unless she gets a job offer.
