ECA evaluation Diploma 2 years equivalency and B.Tech 4 years equivalency. will it be considered Two or more certificates options

I have done Diploma in ECE and through LEET I have done B.tech in ECE.
I have done ECA through WES
Canadian equivalency is
Diploma 2 years and Bachelors 4 years.

so needed to confirm while filing my case in express entry , Am I eligible for option 1 or 2.

1. Two or more certificates, Diplomas or Degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.
2. Bachelor's degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school or other institute.


If anyone confirms me this with surety, I will be highly obliged.

What do you mean ”something“ written? Google “two or more degrees EE” and you will see lots of answers.
