Hi friends!

For the following questions; is it advisable to leave the space blank or fill with N/A?

1. Prohibitions Question - Provide details in the large box, if replied 'Yes' - when you've answered NO to every question - does one write N/A in that large box or simply leave it blank?

2. Alternate phone number - if you don't want to provide an alternate number? Leave space blank or put N/A in the phone number box?

3. Have you ever used another number? - when your answer is no - do you leave the space blank or wrote N/A?

4. What do you do about extra box rows, that get added, without you doing it and then cannot be deleted? Do you leave these blank as is or go about writing N/A in each of these extra boxes?

5. For a 'homemaker' applicant - how do you fill the Name of Employer - Write N/A or leave blank?

6. What about the blank box for Apt/Unit number when there is no Apt. number, only street address?

Thank you!

As they require to have no blank spaces, I suggest putting N/A would be on a safe side. I put N/A in my application

Do you do that for the smallest boxes like Apt. number, when there is none? And say alternate number section, in each of ext. and number boxes?

If you checked “Yes” to any of the situations, provide details in the explanation box 16b. (refer to the link above)

2. Alternate phone number - if you don't want to provide an alternate number? Leave space blank or put N/A in the phone number box?
Leave it blank if you don't wanna provide. I provided my spouse# as an alternate#

3. Have you ever used another number? - when your answer is no - do you leave the space blank or wrote N/A?

Is this question Have you ever used another number? or is it name?. Leave it blank if you don't have anything to include

4. What do you do about extra box rows, that get added, without you doing it and then cannot be deleted? Do you leave these blank as is or go about writing N/A in each of these extra boxes?
I have the same thing, you cannot do anything about it

5. For a 'homemaker' applicant - how do you fill the Name of Employer - Write N/A or leave blank?
For my spouse, I wrote the following for the period she was not working:
  • Unemployed under Occupation/Activity
  • Not Applicable under Name of Employer
  • Home Address under Address
6. What about the blank box for Apt/Unit number when there is no Apt. number, only street address?
If you lived in Condo/Apt/townhouse and have a # for it include it in the box for Apt/Unit
For someone living in a house usually would leave this tab blank

Thank you for the elaborate response!

- For the Prohibitions questions - do you leave it blank or write N/A, when you answered everything with a No?

- So each of the spouses could put the other's numbers as alternate numbers, on each of their forms?

- Yes I meant 'have you ever used another name'? So keep it blank if you've never had another name?

-I left it blank
-I kept my# as the primary one and spouse# as the alternate one for the 4 applications that I sent. For the email I kept my individual email on all the 4 applications..
-I left it blank
