Military work experience

I serve in the Army in my home country, but I had 3 years of Administrative work experience before joining the Army. Can I use the NOC for Administration instead of the NOC for the military when filling the express entry profile? I will surely indicate that I have a military background but I would rather use Administrative NOC. Plus my wife is the principal applicant

If your wife is the principal applicant then it is her NOC and foreign work experience that is considered.
