Hi,

I have submitted my express entry profile, have added 4 years of experience; however, I left my job last month which I have updated but not my new employer because then I have to get reference letter from them as well which is not going to be an easy task. So Is it okay if I don’t add this new employer? I don’t want to claim any points from this new job. Would appreciate your guidance on this.

if you're not claiming points you dont need a reference letter or to add that new role you can leave it for your personal history post ITA
