Invitation letter for TRV

Hi people,
It will be appreciated if you guys could provide your opinion on this invitation letter. My sister and brother-in-law want to invite my parents to Canada.

Name.1 Address 20th September 2021 The Visa Officer Canadian High Commission New Delhi Sub: Invitation Letter for Visitor Visa Dear Sir/ Madam, We, Name.1 (Date of birth: ) and my spouse, Name.2 (Date of birth: ), would like to invite my parents, Name.3 (passport number ; Date of birth: ) and Name.4 (passport number ; Date of birth: ), to visit us in Canada for a short period of 6 months from 01/01/2022. We are citizens of Canada and are attaching a photocopy of our citizenship card as proof of citizenship. I am working as x at y. My spouse is employed with x as y. My parents are residing at address. They are both financially well settled and have strong ties with India. In India, they can be contacted at (+00) 123456789 (cell). They intend to spend some time with their grandchild, Name.5 (Date of Birth: ), and would like to visit Alberta and Toronto as they are fond of visiting beautiful places. All the expenses of their trip and stay will be borne by us. During the visit, they will be staying with us at the address mentioned above. We, hereby submit all the relevant documents for your kind perusal. Kindly grant them the necessary visa at the earliest. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, (signature) Name.1 (signature2) Name.2

I have few doubts also

1. If we mention the duration of 6 months (i.e., "to visit us in Canada for a short period of 6 months from 01/01/2022."), does this raise a red flag?? Ideally, they would like to stay for 5-6 months and return. We are attaching proof of their assets in India (land, house, vehicles etc) in the 'proof of means' session to show their strong ties with India.
2. Do we need to provide any additional documents (other than the invitee's passport) along with the letter? We are planning to attach their employment letter, bank statement, utility bill, T4 documents along with a letter of explanation in the 'optional section' in the application
3. We have shown that parents have access to CAD 20k+ in the 'proof of means' session. Do we need to include this in the letter or just mention that the hosts are willing to pay for the stay?
4. My sister is pregnant, but I believe it is best not to mention the same as IRCC may consider my parents as illegal workers (caring for baby). Comments..

Would not specify that you will be paying for they trip. It would be much better to show they have the funds themselves plus include additional proof that you have the extra savings to support them as well. Ontario and Alberta are not close so ot makes no sense to say they will be visiting Ontario and Alberta especially if you are going to only specify that they will see “beautiful things”. If you have a planned trip with them to Ontario or Alberta would be very specific. Would include their vaccine status and a quarantine plan if they are not vaccinated with one of the 4 approved vaccines.

1. The maximum duration a foreign national can stay in Canada on a visitor's visa is 6 months. So no issues with it. However, on a super visa, parents and grand parents can stay for 2 years.

2. The person inviting should show financial mans to support the persons being invited.

3. The letter should indicate that the person inviting would be responsible for all ancillary expenses. However, the person being invited should also be financially capable to support their travel and stay, and documents pertaining to them should also be submitted.

Yes, I will mention parents have the funds (CAD 20k+) and sister is also willing to pay if additional fund required.
I will mention that they want to explore Alberta and visit extended family in Ontario. How detailed itinerary is required? Since its 5-6 month stay intended with most of the time at home, I can't provide weekly one.

What are your views on IRCC considering pregnancy support/caring of new born? Saw people commenting that IRCC considers this as illegal labor. I find that as making no sense and in fact finds mentioning pregnancy as main reason for visiting as apt.

2&3. I believe they need to show if I mention they are fully willing to meet the trip expenses. Isn't it so? Further, do we need to attach this documents along with the letter or upload this in "additional documents" section?

4. Many forum members were commenting that IRCC views visitor visa for pregnancy support/ newborn care as illegal labor. Hence, I thought of not mentioning the same even though I believe it should be the main reason and carry weight in application. So asked.

You can’t just mention the 20k you must include proof of the savings. Unless your sister is part of the application I would not mention her funds only your and include proof. If they are visiting you in Alberta there is no need to go into more detail. If they plan on traveling to Ontario to visit extended family they should specify they are planning on visiting whatever city in Ontario to visit the specific family members. Is your spouse pregnant? Nothing wrong with visiting someone who is pregnant or visiting a grandchild but providing cleaning, cooking, childcare, etc. is an issue because that can take away jobs from people who can legally work in Canada.

Let me explain the situation. Me and my parents are in India. My sister and brother-in-law are in Canada (both citizens) and sister is pregnant. My parents (not me) are applying to meet her there. I am taking care of the application.

I am providing parent's financial proof in the 'proof of means' section in application. I believe that I don't need to attach those files along with letter also. Hope I'm right. Further, what documents do I need to attach with the invitation letter?
I will mention the city in Ontario accordingly.
For the pregnancy part, I am inclined to mention as emotional support. Is there anything else that I can mention (was considering cooking Indian cuisine etc., but not sure whether that will help)? Any ideas will be appreciated

Just clarifying but you can’t provide financing for your parents visit especially as someone who doesn’t have status in Canada. Your parents need to provide proof of any savings, proof of other assets like a home if they own any, etc. They need to provide statements, deeds/evaluation of value of their property, etc. Your sister and her spouse can provide proof of their financial status with their statements as additional proof with the application. To clarify, when I mentioned "I am providing parent's....", I meant I will upload their financial documents (savings, asset evaluations etc.) and the source of money is not related to me. I could have typed info better
So, I understand that they don't need to attach any documents with the invitation letter and their financial documents should be uploaded under "proof of means" session and my sisters financial documents as additional proof under "optional documents" session in application.
