Hi, just for clarification. You sent your passport to 365 Laurier Ave West and it was delivered to 2303 Stevenage drive? When did you send your passport? I sent mine to Laurier ave via FedEx but it was not redirected to 2303. Feeling a bit anxious after reading these comments and not hearing from IRCC.

The address on Stevenage is a scanning facility for all mail destined for the 365 Laurier Ave West address. Mail is sent to Stevenage, scanned into the system as received, then sent to Laurier for processing
How? Does IRCC sends email notification or updates account to show Passport received?
Yes in ur profile there will be a section generated

I shipped my document to the CPC -OTTAWA 356 LAURIER AVENUE on 11th March through UPS but it was shipped to 2303 Stevenage address and I've been really worried. It's March 24th and I haven't gotten any response.
I read everyone's comments but I was wondering:
Did you ever get any confirmation that it was received by IRCC and was it to your email? Did they explicitly say they received your passport?
Also, in your return shipment that you created, were you able to track your parcel before you received it?
How many days did it take after you got your confirmation did you receive it?
Please advice me. Thank you

Hi - I am on the same situation my passport also got delivered on Sep 13th 2021 to the 2303 stevenage address instead of 365 Laurier avenue west Ottawa. How long did it take for you to get the passport stamped and received. ? I am so concerned since it is passport for trv stamping? your response will be of great help.
