Medical surveillance coe: 2.02 :: Do we have to pay

I received my COPR with Surveillance Code 2.02 (Inactive TB). But I did not receive any separate email for how to proceed further? Could you please suggest if should wait for IRCC to send me something for how to proceed next?

1. You should receive instructions either before "landing" or when you "land" telling you to report to the nearest Provincial Health Clinic.

Anyone can tell or suggest doctor for medical surveillance of tb. How it will cost max??

Do you know what usually they tell you? Apart from brief interview, are they asking to submit/fax/email all your medical reports and the medical surveillance form? This is maybe hard for me since I have no one can help me atleast to scan my forms to email it to them. Im going there alone with no relatives.
