Hello All, This is the first time I'm posting here. I have a question, can we leave Canada before CORP? I have an urgent business outside Canada. I have received the AOR but no update ever since. I'm afraid that I may receive the confirmation outside Canada which may delay the application further.

Best,
what is your time line i mean when did you submit and when did you get aor and if you have dependents

If yes or No then ...anyone have opinion or past experince about this then reply and specially i am in search of official IRCC link or document clearly shows about this rules please share...

I already wrote through web-form but they are busy with important task and can reply for some specific queries only.

No She is an inland applicant ; she is almost 6 months here in Canada so i applied for visitor stay extension not TRV. We need to inform them right?
Thanks for replying. Its my understanding that there is no special Dual Intent application but it is treated as such when a temporary resident applies for PR and while the process is still ongoing, applies to visit (as the applicant, in case the applicant is an outlander), or for the applicant's dependants (outside Canada) to apply, while the the principal applicant (inland) awaits the PR process to be finalized. I guess my question was, your daughter was originally outside Canada and she came to visit. That's what I was asking about, how did you go about it when applying for her to visit you, where there any questions from Immigration. Thanks.

Hi Folks!

Is it recommended to go for upfront Medical??
I have the following status for my application:
SINP Paper based; Outland with 4 Dependents
AR July 10, 2020
AOR Jan 18, 2021
Biometric Waived (Not Required)
GCMS notes ordered since 37 days now (awaited)
GCKey status bar shows 69% with 7 months remaining

Please advise. Thanks.
Yes I suggest you/your dependants to get your upfront medicals. If you are at 69% on your Progress Bar and you have already done your Biometrics, and have submitted all documents required, then all is left is your background/security check. There is the concern of medical results expiring because they are valid for 1 year. With 69& progress bar, your PR will be ready long before your medicals are due to expire. My application is at 70% and completion is MAR 2022. IRCC sent me a medical request (MR) in June and I and my dependants had them done early JUL. Your application and mine are not far apart.

Thanks a lot MsAniger! I was thinking on the same lines, just wanted to have more expert opinion. Already booked my appointment for the Medical next early next week. Please if you can advise how the upfront Medical will be sent to IRCC, ;
Is it being sent by the medical center directly to IRCC?
Or I have to sent that through Webform?
Or Both?
Appreciate your advice on this point as well.
Thanks!
