Hello,
Can my brothers in Manitoba be family supports for my auntie's step children?

My mom's junior sister is legally married to their dad and they have lived with them (with their dad and step-mom) since 4yrs and 2yrs.

We consider them as our cousins. Unfortunately, my aunt never had her own kids.

Does Manitoba see them as my first cousins? From research, it is allowed in Saskatchewan, but I can't find definite answer on Manitoba.

Thanks

There won't be enough points if friends.

Specifically, they need the 200 points. So, I want to know if Manitoba accepts step-cousins.
Manitoba doesn’t state step family members like Saskatchewan. Contact Manitoba immigration. You would need to prove family relationships so adoption papers for your aunt to show she is their adopted children.
