Too many backlogs in VLU ? Are IRCC Senior leaders aware the problem or how to let them know and do something ? I heard some body received the Ecopr within 2 days after they submitted their address and photo. But let us wait so much long . What is the IRCC's rule ?

I have tried to find a logic for it, but seems to me that there is no rule or logic on this…so there’s no much what to do..

Hello Guys,

We(I, wife and 2 year old daughter) all got our eCOPR on 15th August.

However, only me and my daughter received our PR cards. My wife, she still hasn't received her PR card yet.

Our Visa office is, OSC(Operations Support center).

Anyone in same boat?

I've repeatedly sent a reminder email to the same client email address from VLU - OSC. I am at a loss for what to do next!

According to IRCC everything is normal, even if you don’t get your credential email after 3-4 months, they will say it is normal and you have to wait. But, the reality is it’s not normal if you don’t get it by next week.

I did they are saying amendment of document which takes about 6 months. Anyone has any idea how else to go about this
