I am trying to find statistical chances of winning in this lottery.
Would someone know
PGP 2019 - (1) How many interest to sponsor arrived in 2019. (2) how many were selected. (was it not 5K)
PGP2020 - (1) How many interest to sponsor arrived in 2020. (2) 10K were selected.
PGP2021 - (1) Same as PGP2020 minus 10000 already selected. (2) What is our chance ?

Election will probably not be called until tomorrow because of mail in ballots. Not that one impacts the other but there was only a promise to start invitations today but it would be rolled out within 2 weeks.

They actually say "Invitations to apply will be sent over the course of 2 weeks, starting the week of September 20, 2021." So they never actually said they would have the draw on the 20th itself, just "the week of" the 20th. That means they could do it any day of this week.
