Hi i applied student visa to canada on april 1st 2021 stating single and i got married on april22nd (urgent marriage)and got my study permit and landed in canada can i inform ircc now abt my marriage and call my wife on spouse work permit

You should have raised web form in April 2021 only. Otherwise, you should have updated your status from single to married at border entry while you was receiving your study permit. Let see what other people suggest, I must say that seek professional advice before taking any decision.
Man this will get into issues. I suggest get a professional help. Why you did not inform IRCC?

your study permit was already issued with you as single -- you can only ammend the study permit if there was a mistake from IRCC. In your case, you should have raised a webform to alert IRCC about the status change and if they did not respond, you should have told the border agent (with proof of your webforms).
As of right now, if you try to get your spouse a work permit, its gonna look like you hid the relationship and it may not go down well for either of you. I suggest professional help --this is above almost anyone on this forum.
was this before or after you landed and got your study permit? If it was before, get a new consultant/lawyer -- thats bad advice (you all shouldve done this before you arrived). if its after, then good luck!
