Hopefully a simple question - do days spent on implied/maintained status after submitting a successful Permanent Residency application count as full or half days when applying for citizenship?

Until you "actually" became a PR ("landed" in Canada / Flagpoled as a PR), you would be considered a temporary resident and those days would count as half days. The "Date you became a PR" would be shown on your COPR and PR card.
