I submitted directly on Portal on 08/15 not via WebForm. What I heard from Customer Care is that they take 10 days to respond to a Webform

I also upload receipt on 20 aug and submitted the cert through webform

I sent on July 20 and I didn’t receive it . It’s almost 2 months !!!!!

i already spoke with my local office here ( Montreal ( but they told me it’s come from Ottawa as they have no access !

I think something wrong as it’s almost 2 months now .

I applied on 24th June and never got the report. RCMP said they mailed on August 17th now its not their responsibility and Canada-post says they can’t investigate for mail with out tracking number so ended up giving fingerprints again. And have to wait again to get it

Submitted my RCMP certificate via webform on 13th August, 2021, still no final decision on my application. Have you guys got any update?
