Only my wife’s was approved . The other ones shows as “ submitted “

VO was Ottawa according to copr and I didn’t get any update through portal and gc key .. in the portal everything is still review and I called them they don’t tell about Pr card , it has been 80 days almost .. don’t know what’s is happening,. I have to go backhome soon

Were you able to speak by phone with a representative in the CIC customer service? I called few minutes ago and there is a record message that says they are only attending Afghanistan cases and other urgent issues, so I hanged up. Not sure if they will attend my call if I continue pursuing to speak with a representative

1. Do dependents also need to reply to portal email? They got separate portal emails.
2. What is your VO? Your timeline gives me hope for myself to get the PR Card

No, only the primary applicants need to reply with all the dependents details uci ,port of entry extra

Initial it was Sydney then OSC operations and card received from Sydney

I talked to them many times .. they are not able to give any information for Pr card . They say it’s not their priority so I have nothing info about my card .. it has been almost 80 days .. I don’t know what’s wrong with them

I have received my COPR on Aug 27 from Ottawa OSC till now Address and Photo are still in review, not updates till now. I tried to reach IRCC but my queries are not clarified stating as not priority. Any one waiting with same time line and same visa office?

Brother even for me it was not working after putting my address from passport i put no space after comma so it worked for me i hope it will also work for u

I am thinking that when it does not link maybe IRCC did not enter the information on their side and when you enter so many parameters such as UCI, name, date of PR etc their system must use a protocol of matching most of the information rather than 100% exact. With that being said when the information is entered by IRCC in their database then coincidentally that it was at that time you tried it then it matched. @legalfalcon what do you think?
