India PCC from Toronto

Hi All,

I am currently applying for PCC. In the application form, can I declare my spouse/in-laws address as current address back in India and furnish her Passport as address proof? Would this fall under relatives and will police verification at in-laws address go through? I want to avoid declaring my parents address since they hardly go to our permanent address which is in a different city, once or twice a year. I usually reside at my in-laws place when visiting India.

If she applied as single not married
Will it cause any trouble?
Because her parents not agreed to our marriage so we didn’t told them about our marriage
So if she attached our marriage certificate with pcc application the verification officer will ask her parents about marriage
So if she just applied as single is it ok ?????

TO get the PCC there is no such requirement to show Marriage proof if her passports does not have husbands name. Do not submit any document related to your marriage. You can still keep it that way. For PCC at her native place she just needs to have valid proofs with her parents that's all.

Am scared that if she declared single in bls pcc
Will it cause any further trouble or not
Because am added as a dependent in pr pr application

Hey I have another question on PCC. My friend recently applied on the portal and send the document it was sent back stating mothers name is not mentioned but in the website it says you are required to mentioned any one of your parents name.
So My friend is confused do he need add both name in that case do he need to create new account considering he is not able to edit the old one. Also do he need to close the old account?

hi, if pcc is issued and it states for employment and work permit reason .. can i use it for immigration purpose under family class?

Application Sent to HCI: Sep 2nd
Police Verification Initiation email: Sep 9th
Police Verification Done at home address(India) : Sep 11th
Police Verification Clear and PCC is allowed for issuance: Sep 13th
PCC printed : Sep 15th
PCC in transit from HCI to BLS : Sep 16th

When can I expect the BLS to courier my PCC.. ?

Checked Passport Photo Copy, aadhar Card of mine and parents and two signatures of residing neighbours and last but not least an anonymous tip given in order to not delay the process from local police station

Nopes, verification officer at Indian home address asked for it.

You don't need to attach Aadhar at BLS for PCC application

What if we didn’t have aadhar prof what else we provide them instead of aadhar card

verification officer check your aadhar card details online?? Or just take photocopy of your aadhar card
